Currency of the information
Every guide page states the date it was last reviewed. Therapeutic products law is revised continuously, and ordinances and fees change regularly. Before taking any action with legal effect, always check the original text on fedlex.admin.ch and the current publication from Swissmedic.
Figures, timelines and fees
Fees and timelines are given as planning benchmarks drawn from completed procedures and are explicitly labelled as such. They are not official tariffs. The binding reference is the schedule to the Fee Ordinance in the version in force on the day of submission.
