Enquiry data and purpose
We use your company, requested support, timing, business email and consent to respond to your enquiry. Name, role, company location, project stage, phone and message are optional. The email also includes the submission time, consent version, language and originating page. Answers remain in the current browser page until submission.
Hosting and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and email transport. The website does not store enquiries in a database. Submitted enquiries are sent to the site's business email and may be forwarded to the operator's central inbox. Email providers retain the message to handle the enquiry. Technical requests may include IP addresses, headers and timestamps. Processing may take place outside Switzerland, including the United States. See Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum for its safeguards. No analytics or advertising trackers are embedded.
External introductions
This is a commercial information and enquiry portal. We do not automatically forward your enquiry to a specialist or use it for newsletters. Before an introduction, we agree the recipient and the information to be shared with you separately.
Retention and your rights
We review retention when an enquiry closes and keep information only while it is needed for the enquiry, an ensuing relationship or applicable legal obligations. Ask the contact above for access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. You may contact the competent data protection authority, including the Swiss FDPIC. Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR govern processing.
Business enquiries only
Do not submit patient information, adverse-event case details or confidential product dossiers through this form. It is not a safety-reporting or emergency channel. Use official reporting routes or the secure channel agreed with your responsible provider.
